We believe every child
has a leader inside.
The Learners' Club was founded on a simple conviction: the world needs young people who can think clearly, speak confidently, and lead with integrity.
We asked a different question
Traditional public speaking programmes focus on performance — the polished presentation, the memorised script. We asked a different question: what does a child actually need to succeed in the world they're growing up in?
The answer went well beyond a stage. Children need to think critically in a world full of misinformation. They need to understand economics in an era of financial complexity. They need to lead teams, navigate disagreement, and speak up in environments that don't always welcome their voice.
That's why we built The Learners' Club — a structured, 8-level programme that starts with confidence and ends with a genuine understanding of how the world works.

What we stand for
Every level is earned. Progress is based on demonstrated growth, not time spent. Children advance when they're genuinely ready.
We keep cohorts intentionally small. Every child is seen, heard and developed individually. We refuse to sacrifice quality for scale.
Topics are drawn from the actual world — news, economics, society and leadership. Children learn by engaging with what genuinely matters.
We accept children who are ready to be challenged, regardless of starting confidence. The interview is a conversation, not a test.
Is The Learners' Club right for your child?
There's only one way to find out — and it starts with a conversation. Reach out and let's talk.
